·         Lead Corrective Action Team (CAT) projects to resolve product troubles and improve product reliability.

·         Lead and participate in projects independently in providing effective and on time product solutions and organization quality goals.

·         Develop Engineering and Technical work standards and procedures.



·         Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.

·         At least 1-2 years of experience in HVAC industry or experience in manufacturing industry.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills
