APAC Business development manager ( Industrial Valve / Power / up to 10k)

Responsibilities

·         A subject matter expert in Power related applications, products, solutions and industry technology. 

·         To creates vision & strategy to grow Asia Pacific market participation, sales and profitability in the Power segment. 

·         To serves as the window between global vertical directions and Asia Pacific sales growth initiatives.

·         Lead product marketing including portfolio management, positioning, brand management.

·         Calculate and manage GP% for power related projects and product families

·         Drive industry solution initiatives and business development through value propositions addressing customer pain and needs.

·         Track Market sizing and participation. Identify product gaps, product cost reduction and new product development opportunities.  Propose suitable acquisition/ partnership candidates.

·         Develop and implement measurable sales growth programs.

·         Develop/ acquire, manage, and regularly update sales tools, collaterals – bulletins, application guide, animation, QBR, etc.

·         Conduct Training Programs to train sales team

·         Develop comprehensive sales, application, product training modules for sales team, LBP’s.

·         Drive marketing programs, customer engagement campaigns, events, and marcom directions.

·         Engage with major industry councils, committees, and trade associations

·         Ensuring inclusion in solution messaging, cross-Business Unit strategies and pursuits

 

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, advanced degree in Marketing or Business preferred with minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience in Power Generation, HRSG and new green technology Power industries promoting Pressure Relief products or industrial valves and solutions.  Experience with business/ strategy development preferred.

·         Strong leadership, organizational, communication - written, oral and presentation skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
