Customer Care Manager (Client Mgmt)

Job :

·         Manage the client management team to ensure efficient and effective feedback management and achieve clients’ satisfaction

·         Leverage on behaviour insights and feedback analysis to improve service quality and efficiency of service delivery

·         Manage the development and enhancement of communication collateral

·         Provide leadership to a team of officers to drive the development of team competencies and develop them as professionals


·         Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience with significant exposure to customer relationship management & behavior insights in the public sector or private sector in health or social care industry

·         Experience in QSM portfolio and service quality preferred

·         Able to balance operational demands and higher policy considerations

·         Good project management and organizational skills; Strong analytical, writing and research skills; and aptitude for problem solving

·         Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

·         Team player with high level of initiative and strong interpersonal communication skills
