HRIS Specialist

  • Implement and oversee administration of benefits programs and HR systems for the company. 
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations on all qualified benefit plans.

Develop and oversee administration of HR systems to increase HR operational efficency, ensure data integrity and support management and regulatory reporting . Ensure compliance with local regulations on data protection and all compensation plans. Maintain UConnecT HR page to ensure HR forms and policies are updated in Sharepoint.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for evaluation, selection and administration of current and new benefit programs.
  • Oversee tracking and administration of all Leaves of Absences
  • Manage Workers Compensation and Disability functions.
  • Act as liaison with benefits brokers, vendors, and insurance carriers, to assure proper administration of the plans.  Monitor vendor performance for all programs to ensure accuracy and high level of customer service.
  • Stay current with MOM legislation influencing compensation and benefits.
  • Manage Milestone program.
  • Manages annual projects and coordinates ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Ensure TMS records on overtime, allowance and leave applications are paid accordingly during payroll cycles.
  • Manage ongoing salary administration processes to ensure compliance with compensation policies.
  • Manage annual market benchmark surveys under HRMC group.
  • Manage performance management process, including approach, tools, communication and training methods.

·         Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.

·         Develop a dashboard of HR metrics to be presented at monthly, quarterly, and annual senior leadership meetings.

  • Develop and generate ad hoc reports to provide HR with timely and accurate data.

Develop a regular monthly audit schedule to review the integrity of data in the Ultipro system and Times Database.

·         Employee file maintenance.

·         Administer and manage all new hire and insurance benefits enrollment.

·         Assist in management of performance review systems for Asia.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/equivalent
  • 4 — 5 years work related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface effectively and establish trust with employees, managers, and groups at all levels in the company
  • Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality with regard to employee and business issues
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with line managers
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office suite, particularly Excel) HRIS experience
  • Attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
