Responsibilities:

·         Develop and drive the Lifecycle Services initiatives of the Business Unit. This includes strategically planning and developing initiatives to help in proactive sales of spare parts, replacement valves, quickship products etc.

·         Responsible to develop new strategies and expand to current business through outcome based consultative selling approach.

·         Plans, prioritizes and executes strategies for business growth in business unit

·         Leverages the local Sales channels and Service teams to identify and qualify opportunities, and drive the teams to convert opportunities into bookings

·         Works with the local Sales teams to create a detailed business plan and forecast for business and proactive Lifecycle services programs

·         Ensures customer & sales channel awareness of Product Lifecycle Services capability suite and strategic priorities and initiatives

·         Develops effective marketing material and presentations to help execute strategic priorities

·         Conducts customer site walks and surveys and provides proposals for MRO business and product improvements

·         Consults with customers to understand key Safety issues and operator performance challenges

·         Promotes Lifecycle Services programs that solve customers’ Operational and reliability challenges

·         Works with the Services Teams and Factory/HQ to quantify value to be delivered to customers (ROI) and to quote services

·         Works with AP and in-country Operations team to develop local capabilities and product improvements

·         Works with the cross BU teams and end users to continuously improve and expand the scope of all existing services contracts to include customer pool programs etc.

·         Reviews and provides input / feedback on service proposals to leverage quickship capabilities.

·         Consults with customers to understand key operational certainty, system reliability and performance challenges.

·         Accountable for KOB3 and proactive Lifecycle Services business growth for Asia Pacific PRM business unit

·         Must be able to interact positively with customers, regional sales teams and sales channels, recognizing and adapting to the cultural differences that exist and willingness to travel across Asia Pacific according to business requirements

 

Requirements

·         Min Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 10 years of relevant industrial experience in Oil and Gas, petrochemical and Process Industry Exposure

·         Experience in developing and leading strategic plans for developing business

·         Extensive work experience in MRO product sales or service support with end users

·         Pressure Relief valve and Regulators product knowledge is beneficial

·         Strong understanding of valve end user industry customer needs

·         Demonstrated abilities in leading and driving growth, preferably in the Oil & Gas and process industries

·         Critical thinker, self-directed with proven ability to collaborate and influence change.

·         Strong facilitator and communicator with excellent presentation skills.

·         Takes initiative and works in a self-directed environment.

·         Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity

·         Ability to present clear and concise information to team, internal customers, and external customers

·         Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate in both technical and business terms

·         Ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks, adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively.
